   3. He was a fellow soldier with Paul
   4. He was a messenger (envoy) to Paul from the Philippians
   5. He ministered to Paul’s need

3. EPAPHRODITUS HAD A GENUINE CONCERN FOR THE BRETHREN (26-28)

   1. He longed to assure the Philippians that he was ok… (26)
   2. …Because God had mercifully healed him from a deadly sickness (27)
   3. Paul therefore sent him back (28)

4. EPAPHRODITUS WAS A SACRIFICIAL SERVANT: Risking his life to serve Christ by serving His Body (29-30)
